INTENSIVE PADEL WEEK 

• Ideal for players looking for a 360° padel progression
• Full day formula, from Monday morning to Saturday noon (lunches included)
• Open to all levels of players

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Discovery and deepening of the game with the walls
• Learn to stand on the field
• Discovery and deepening of the shots at the net
• The fundamental tactical principles of padel

Players are grouped by levels. We form groups of up to 4 players per coach and per field. Each group of padel is followed throughout the week by the same coach who teaches basics such as:

PADEL:

A 2h Padel session every morning and afternoon, combining technical and tactical work through playful and dynamic exercises allowing players to evolve quickly while having fun to the fullest.

Training is provided outdoors and indoors in our covered hall, ventilated in the summer, in the shade and allowing you to play in the best conditions whatever the weather! Training is guaranteed even in bad weather!

Half-day or full-day formulas

An extended experience for players aspiring to get the most out of the weekend. Ideal to focus and accentuate technical work, each participant to benefit from special attention to implement lasting changes. 

PROGRAM : 

SATURDAY TO MONDAY or FRIDAY TO SUNDAY

(depending on dates chosen)

10:30AM - 12:30PM: PADEL TRAINING (2H)

12:30 - 2:30 PM: LUNCH

2:30PM - 4:30PM : PADEL TRAINING (2H)

6H - 12H PADEL

Two 2H sessions per day in the morning and/or afternoon, combining technical & tactical work through adapted and dynamic exercises to reinforce the fundamentals of padel and discover new aspects of the game.

PADEL :

Players are grouped by level. We form groups of no more than 4 players per coach and per court. Each padel group is followed throughout the week by the same coach, who teaches the basics of the game such as :

Discovering and deepening the game with the walls
Learn how to position yourself on the court
Discovering and improving shots at the net
The fundamental tactical principles of padel
