HIGHLIGHTS:

Discovery and deepening of the game with the walls
Learn to stand on the field
Discovery and deepening of the shots at the net
The fundamental tactical principles of padel

Players are grouped by levels. We form groups of up to 4 players per coach and per field. Each group of padel is followed throughout the week by the same coach who teaches basics such as:

PADEL:

A 2h Padel session every morning and afternoon, combining technical and tactical work through playful and dynamic exercises allowing players to evolve quickly while having fun to the fullest.

The trainings are provided in the new covered hall and so in all conditions classes will be conducted in the best conditions

Monday to Saturday morning

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

8:15 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.: FITNESS WARM-UP

8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: PADEL TRAINING (2H) FITNESS (1H30)

12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: LUNCH

2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: PADEL TRAINING (2 H) + CARDIO SESSION (1H30)

SATURDAY

9H-10H30: PADEL TRAINING MATCHES

10H30: DEBRIEFING

11H-12H : CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE CAMP

21H30 PADEL + 7,5H PHYSICAL PREPARATION + 7,5H LEISURE ACTIVITIES

PHYSICAL TRAINING:

Guided by our fitness trainers, we organize groups based on age and physical level, customizing the training sessions accordingly. We focus on developing essential physical qualities specific to tennis, such as agility, core strength, coordination, and reaction endurance throughout the week. In addition, through team games, we promote values like fair play, teamwork, and mutual support.
