WEEK LONG INTENSIVE TENNIS CAMP
A must for adults looking to progress technically, tactically and physically. Based on an individualized observation, the week is articulated around work sessions on different themes, adapted physical exercises, match sequences and time for exchanges and debriefings. The coach will define with you 2 or 3 objectives for the week which will end with a singles and doubles tournament.
PROGRAM :
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
10:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: PHYSICAL WARM-UP
10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: TENNIS TRAINING (2 H)
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: LUNCH
2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: TENNIS TRAINING (2 H)
SATURDAY
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: TENNIS TRAINING (2 HOURS)
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: CLOSING CEREMONY

TENNIS :
Players are grouped by level, with up to 4 players assigned to each coach and court. Whenever possible, we could arrange for two courts to be set up side by side to maximize playing time efficiency. The academy is always ready with well-prepared plans in case of bad weather. Each group receives continuous guidance from the same coach throughout the week, and the coach provides an end-of-week report for each player, which is distributed during the closing ceremony.

A 2-hour session each morning, blending technical and tactical work through tailored and dynamic exercises, enabling occasional players to make rapid progress while having maximum fun.
9 a.m.-11 a.m.: TENNIS TRAINING (2 H)
11 a.m.-12 p.m.: CLOSING CEREMONY
INTENSIVE TENNIS WEEK END - 3 DAYS`
Join our intensive tennis program to make the most of a successful long weekend filled with sun and beach enjoyment! Work with our experienced team to enhance various aspects of your game through intensive training

12H OF TENNIS
2-hour sessions each day in the morning and afternoon, combining technical and tactical work through adapted and dynamic exercises to reinforce the fundamentals of tennis and discover new aspects of the game.
An evening event is organized on Saturday by the beach, allowing everyone to share experiences and enjoy good convivial moments.
An activity is also planned after the Sunday afternoon training.
